Black is quite the lovable hothead , not to mention impatient beyond extent. If he wants something done, he'll do it himself, he would rather want to mess up his objective himself instead of having someone else mess it up. However though, he's incredibly sweet and cheerful, he would rather go out and have fun instead of staying in and working for 'Prez'.
Background;
Black dreams on winning the Pokemon League at all costs, which what he was journeying to do before he destroyed all of White's equipment. Unfortunately, he had to pay it off by working for her at her agency, which is now called the Black and White Agency.
